Pops of color accentuate the modern, comfortable furnishings – the swinging Papasan chair in the corner is the perfect place to snuggle up with a book. The modern kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets the chef will need to whip up a masterpiece – or just a snack for the beach. The dining room seats six, or you can eat alfresco at the table on your large deck.

This dog-friendly home also features a conveniently enclosed yard. Spend the day at the beach, antiquing in Sag Harbor, visiting hip Montauk, or just relaxing in your backyard oasis, which features not only that huge deck but also a sparkling in-ground pool and large, grassy lawn. At the end of the evening, get comfortable in the living room in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Open a bottle of wine from one of the nearby vineyards and toast your good luck at finding the perfect Hamptons hideaway.

The front door camera is located above the main entrance. There is also a Ring Doorbell installed at the same location. The backyard camera is located by the walkout to the back deck and faces the pool area and the back deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
