One guest must be 55+ other as young as 45.... and 31 day min stay.
The community has a 31 days minimum, but If you have less time, this might still be cheaper at this rate, especially with no 12% hotel transient tax! Check it out. You can always leave earlier. :-) This community rule really provides you with peace and quiet during your stay. It will however be rented for the entire 31 days to you. Thank you!

Walk this quiet neighborhood, and you can see the ocean in the distance, which is under 4 miles away and a wealth of shopping and restaurants are even closer. Inside the home is welcoming with easy care, wood look vinyl flooring, new furniture, AC and ceiling fans to cool any warmer days, wireless internet, Sony tv and all the amenities, plus new full size washer and dryer. Second bedroom currently with desk and chair as an office, and an air bed for an overnight guest.
