The spacious patio with heated pool, private dock & cabana overlooking the tranquil waters is the epitome of stylish outdoor living. Located directly on the Intracoastal waterway, this 3 bed 2.5 bath intoxicates with upscale coastal modern décor, intracoastal & pool views from all living areas & a state-of-the-art kitchen. Just steps to the beach & minutes to parks, dining and activities, this dreamy home is second to none!

LIVING AREAS

You'll find a coastal modern feel reflected throughout the 3 living spaces and two dining areas with soft neutral colors. Wall-to-wall windows and two-way sliders flood the space with natural light and the breathtaking water views. A 55" flat-screen TV sets the scene for family movie nights. Slide open the glass doors and enjoy the coastal breeze while looking out over the tropical landscape, intercoastal and sparkling pool.

KITCHEN & DINING

A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen island plays center point in the home comfortably linking the indoor and outdoor living spaces. Kickstart your day with a cup of joe, concocted at the coffee and tea bar.

Whip up delectable recipes in the exquisite chef's kitchen, detailed with quartz countertops, an expansive island, and a suite of stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge. When it is time to eat, share home-cooked meals at the dining table for six or the four-person island. Or simply dine with the family alfresco on the cabana dining table that seats 6.

BEDROOM & BATHS

This single-level home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Find quiet privacy and your own direct access to the patio & pool on the inviting master bedroom, furnished with a stately king bed and a 50" Smart flat-screen TV. A massive walk-in closet connects to the en-suite bathroom featuring a dual vessel sink and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

The guest wing can be shut off from the remainder of the house. This is where the second bedroom is, outfitted with a King bed and direct access to the yard with water views. The gorgeous guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and it is shared with the third bedroom featuring two queen beds.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Step outside to take in the ocean breeze on your private 90' waterfront canal dock, featuring 4 chairs for conversation and s'mores beneath the stars, and a fishing table for fishing enthusiasts.

Your private backyard oasis was built with entertaining in mind. Feel the sea breeze on your morning yoga, spend blue-sky days floating in the heated pool or working on your suntan on the loungers. Watch the game on the Cabana, complete with a 50" TV, lounge seating for 5 and a dining table for 6. Speaking of entertainment – enjoy the massive wooden Jinga set, or a game of bags on the spacious patio and greenspace. When the sun sets, fire up the grill with the day's catch and dine al fresco with the views of the intercoastal.

After returning from the beach or day at the park, you'll appreciate the additional front lounging area and outside shower for your sandy feet and beach toys!

EXTRA AMENITIES

Fast internet speed and 2 Wi-fi extenders guarantee excellent coverage throughout the property.

Complimentary use of beach gear: 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 8 beach/pool towels, cooler and beach cart.

Other guest amenities include a complimentary starter supply of snacks & beverages, toiletries, cleaning supplies, free YouTube TV, Washer/Dryer, Sonos Stereo.

Parking is ample in the private driveway that accommodates up to 6 cars. Please note that use of the garage is not open to guests.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

Check-in time is after 4pm. Check-out time is by 10am.

No boat trailer parking allowed at the home. Boat trailer parking available at Phil Foster Park (up to 24hs) & at Lake Park Marina (overnight allowed).

Guests can use the dock for boats for an additional $60/day

Boats over 50 feet are prohibited (Exceptions might be made for longer boats pending Home Owner's approval)

Street parking is not allowed. Driveway only.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.

Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings of more than 12 guests total at the home allowed.

There is a max of 8 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 12 guests allowed at any other time.

Signing the Rental agreement & Dock Waiver is required for all reservations, no exceptions. A copy of the Dock waiver can be found here:

This Place is a Gem!!!
Our family is so privileged to stay at Seven Palms, and we have done so on several occasions. There is something for everyone with the calming waters out back, the beach just steps away, fabulous restaurants around to corner, and a hop, skip and a jump from the airport. We could not think of a better location. The home is just perfect with 3 large bedrooms, plenty of spaces for all of us for fun as well as privacy, and an outside deck area after a dip in the pool. It’s super clean with all of the appointments we would find in our own home. Add to that, the managment team is superb, always responsive, kind and there to answer any question. We have high expectations, and this place exceeds every time!!! Cant wait to come back.

This property is meticulous. Everything that you need has been thought of, and it is exactly like the pictures. Well decorated, clean, well-organized, great linens and super comfy beds. The host supplied coffee, sun screen, cleaning items, and a great set-up to walk the 7 minutes to the beach: wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler. The house is beautiful and pool is great. The channel is fun to watch the boats go back and forth. Beach is very walkable, other restaurants and food places, however, are not. We ubered to Palm Beach and was about 20 minutes. We had to uber to the Publix which is on the other side of the bridge. So just plan for that. If you are looking for relaxing beach house- this is it! It was definitely a 5 Star.

Hidden Gem!
Seven Palms exceeded my expectations. Everything about home was exceptional quality and layout was well designed. What I was not familiar with was the development where home is located. It felt like home and not a party scene. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and we enjoyed walks in the evening and coffee by the waterway in the morning. We enjoyed having space outside with TV in the cabana which could be enjoyed even during a couple of rain showers. The beds, linens are of high quality and kitchen stocked well with everything we needed. Cecelia was always a text away if I had questions and response time was minutes. All in all a phenomenal experience for young and old and would highly recommend! I’m looking forward to return next fall. A huge thank you for the snacks provided on our arrival too! CDH

A wonderful property beautifully equipped and presented
The house was fantastic- great location - fantastic internal and external space. Cecilia always available to answer any questions and provide advice. The quality of everything was exceptional and spotlessly clean. A fantastic property for a family holiday and close to the beach as well.

Better than expected
Amazing property with very thoughtful owners. Home is better than it looks in the pictures and the location is amazing. If possible, I highly recommend you bring your boat as world-class fishing, diving, snorkeling and sandbars with crystal clear water are only a few minutes away. The owners put a lot of thought into the property with a high attention to detail, you don’t need to bring anything but your suitcase. 5 stars.
