Perfect Quiet Location
This property worked perfectly for our short family getaway. It's located in a very quiet and relaxed area. Getting there is very easy and after first getting there, you will likely not need directions or a map again. The apartment was very clean, and everything was in great condition. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - all in good condition. The bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Our only minor complaint would be that the drains in the showers were both very slow to drain.
The view from the back deck toward the harbor was beautiful. It was a great place to get moving in the morning and wind down at night. There is a Ring camera on the deck that we didn't care for. It sort of gave us an ever-present feeling that everything we said and did could be for an unknown audience. I really doubt they were watching our every move on the deck, but you can't escape the feeling. I chalked it up to it being a very quiet area and their desire to make sure it remained so. This is perfectly reasonable and it didn't prevent us from using the deck nor would it prevent us from staying again.
The beach access is very close and was no problem for our not-so-beach-ready Radio Flyer wagon as well as our 5 and 7 year old boys. During our visit, it was definitely a quieter part of the beach – perfect! We wished we would have rented bikes because it would have been a perfect place for them.
All-in-all, it exceeded our expectations and we would love to stay again in the future!
