Dockside is a centrally located 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 full baths (one walk-in shower, one tub/shower combo) and 2 half baths) luxurious attached house between Port Aransas & Corpus Cristi located on North Padre Island minutes from Whitecap Beach, Mustang Island Beach, & Port Aransas Beach. Enjoy the Texas Coast in this spacious 1935 sq ft condo with water views, comfortable bedding, a private pool, a fishing dock, outdoor seating, 3rd story view deck, & two boat slips.

Enjoy meals/drinks outside on the spacious third-story balcony with outdoor seating enjoying the sunrise or sunset with water views (canal and ocean on clear days), a wet bar, a half bath, and a mini-fridge to keep your favorite beverages cold. There is also a private balcony with water views outside the master bedroom and a shared private balcony outside bedrooms 2 & 3 to enjoy the sunset to the west.

Amazing!

Huge! Clean and perfect location! Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. We were minutes away from everything! We checked out and spent most of our time at White Cap beach and in the pool! Will definitely book our next trip here!

Birthday get away

We had a great stay celebrating our now 9 yr old. Having clean perfect size pool in the back yard for my girls was perfect and having the perfect view to watch them while hubby was able to enjoy fishing at the same time. The set up was ideal for us very spacious with beautiful views. The kitchen had everything we needed and must say the pans were fantastic. I have stayed at several places around the island and always end up bringing my own pan or buying one because the ones they provide stick. That was not the problem here what so ever. Also my husband forgot his shampoo thankfully they owners had extra mens care and he was thankful. The house also had games and toys for my 5, 9 and 11 yr old to keep busy when not swimming. The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to the market for food shopping and cvs for our aches and pains lol. Only complaint was our master bedroom was on the squeaky side and it saggy in the corner causing pillows to disappear while sleeping. Other then that the triple bunk was great for my 3 girls and the spare bedroom for my mom was awesome each with their own balconies. All the bathrooms was a plus! Also thank you for all the prompt replies when questions arose. The home owners replied quickly to ensure all was good they were very pleasant and easy to reach. Thank you!!!

Beautiful home on the canal

This property fit 5 adults and our 16 yr old perfectly. The rooftop deck with tv, bar, and bathroom was a great place to hang out of have a nice dinner. Master Bedroom/Bathroom is perfect. Second bedroom is nice and spacious also. The third bedroom has full size bunks. They were a bit small for my 21yr old and 16 yr old. But they worked out just fine. My 77yr old mother in law stayed on the pull out couch downstairs. The stairs were too steep for her to make more than a few times during our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook which we did a lot. Pool is not heated but we still enjoyed it when the weather was nice. Canal was very fun to fish off of and the neighbors are starting a fishing charter service! I will definitely rent this property again if we are ever in the area. The owners were on top of all questions and were the best I have ever worked with.

Bring your boat for easy access to some of the best saltwater fishing in the United States in the Coastal Bend region of Laguna Madre.
