Thanks for considering our house to spend your vacation. Our beach house is not a "home-away-from-home" accommodation; we designed this place to ensure you feel you are on vacation, disconnect from your routine, and enjoy the beauty of the sunshine state! Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house is located only 2.3 miles away from the beach (6 minutes car-drive) and has been fully equipped to fulfill the requirements of the modern family.
Our Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Each bedroom has new hybrid queen mattresses, which will comfortably accommodate six adults (or kids). We also offer a pack-and-play crib to welcome any younger travelers to our house. Our bedrooms were designed to pamper different travelers' needs: Our first bedroom is perfect for the remote-worker traveler looking to disconnect during the weekends while still working from home on the weekdays. In this room, you will find a full-size closet and a laptop-friendly working station with an ergonomic office chair and all the essentials needed to run a successful working day. The bedroom counts on tremendous natural and artificial light to provide a great working space. Our second bedroom is the coziest room of the house, we find it incredibly peaceful and inviting, and it also counts with a private (and smaller) closet to accommodate travelers' belongings. These two bedrooms share a functional bathroom that counts with a bathtub, perfect for kids to enjoy. Finally, our Master bedroom is everything you wish to have during a vacation. The master bedroom counts with a private Master Bathroom with a hotel-style shower and enough space to relax and disconnect. Impeccable tropical decoration and floor-to-ceiling doors that open to the private yard will make your stay in this room one to remember.
Our Private Yard:
Our yard is entirely secluded to ensure you will have complete privacy during your stay. Our modern pergola with travertine floors will welcome you with two main areas to enjoy: a six-seat dining outdoor space and an outdoor living room perfect for Sunday barbeques or family game nights! The pergola also counts with two ceiling fans to be used on the hottest days. Also, in our backyard, you will find a 108" umbrella with two lounge chairs for those who want to relax and take some natural sunlight while reading a book. We have also equipped our backyard with fun outdoor games (who said cornhole?) to enjoy with family and friends. Last but not least, you will have a barbecue to cook the best burgers or hot dogs in the state!
Our kitchen and Living room:
Our open space floor plan was designed to optimize the memories of your family. We believe that the most essential part of the day is when all the family reunites during dinner and share the best moments of their day. That is why we have ensured a unique space at our 6-seat dining table. Our fully equipped kitchen with space for barstools will become the main attraction during family pizza nights while the other half of the family can watch a movie in our comfortable designed living room.
Our Neighborhood:
Our house is located in Hollywood Lakes, a family-oriented neighborhood surrounded by tons of activities and restaurants that we will make sure to recommend as soon as you arrive at our house. The most important one, the Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk, is located within a 7-minute drive by car or 14 minutes by bike. We are also located within a 4-minute walk to the Hollywood Beach Golf Club, which is a public course. Our location is also only a 25-minutes drive away from Aventura Mall.
Other details to know:
- No parties allowed. Maximum occupancy at all times is 9 people. If these rules are violated you may be asked to leave the property.
- No street parking is permitted.
- Security Cameras: 2 cameras located in the front of the house, only recording the street and front porch when motion is detected (cameras do NOT have visibility to the inside of the house)
- Noise monitoring devices (required by the city of Hollywood) are located in the kitchen and the backyard.
