Abundant storage, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island make it easy to serve takeout from your favorite island restaurant, or cook up some vacation-worthy treats.

The upper level primary king suite is a lush getaway with deck access and a stunning en suite bathroom - dual vanities, large walk-in shower, and soaking tub overlooking the Gulf. There’s another king bedroom upstairs, as well as a bunk bedroom that sleeps 6 - perfect for kids or teens. Back on the main level, there’s another king bedroom. Every bedroom boasts deck access, so everyone can start their mornings with sunrises on the deck.

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Great Beach House
Spent the weekend enjoying the amazing ocean views at this well appointed beach house on the quiet side of the island. Close to everything, but tucked away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Great place and will be back again soon!

Very Nice
Very nice home. Great location. My only negative is that the check in instructions are not at all clear on where beach access is, so we spent a good while trying to figure out how to get to one boardwalk when the right one (at least what we ended up using) was further into the neighborhood. Property owner is not easy to get a hold of and their voicemail says to email their info address which is not ideal for quick/easy immediate matters. In any case, we’d definitely rent this house again.
