This condo at the Palms of Treasure Island sports a fantastic view of the Intracoastal. The spacious balcony is perfect for watching dolphins and amusing boat activities. The furnished balcony extends the living area, so you're never too far from the sunny outdoors. Here you can enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning and your glass of wine in the evening, all with beautiful surroundings.
The condo has stylish white leather furniture and a TV. The kitchen is quite glamorous with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a luxury to experience even on vacation. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with an abundance of dresser space and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are updated, and both feature granite countertops and handsome ceramic tile, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower and jetted tub combination. This condo could not be more comfortable with a washer/ dryer in the home and WiFi throughout the complex.
Treasure Island beach, in particular, is one of the widest beaches in the area, with gorgeous white sugar sand and great swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf. Beach access is just across the street in the sister property of Palms, the Seahorse Cottages, and Beach Oasis. The property is less than two miles south of John's Pass, with restaurants, shops, bars, and all types of water sports rentals. Treasure Island is also home to the Treasure Island Beach Trail, revamped in 2013. This almost mile-long paved walkway along the east side of the beach is perfect for walking, running, skateboarding, roller-blading, and biking.

Construction and outside exterior work are ongoing and expected to be completed by the end of April 2024.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
