Brand new large 850 sq ft corner end condo that is set up like a home(hallway entrance) . Over 100 sq ft of balcony that runs the whole length of living room which is nothing but ocean views and windows. Theres a large patio couch and 2 high top chairs on the balcony. The living is equipped with 60"tv tv, sleeper, 2 swivel chairs, small dining set and shiplap. The kitchen is exta wide with granite and backsplash. The bedroom is large with a large ocean view window. The bathroom is 2 rooms.
The space
Brand new June 2022 - This unit is very unique to any other properties in myrtle beach. It is set up more like a home or condo vs a hotel room as you walk into a hall way vs the bedroom. There is only 2 like this and the whole resort and this being the highest up. the 4th floor is the best view as you are eye level with the ocean and high enough off the ground. The window in the bedroom is very large so you can see the whole coastline including the skywheel. There are pillow top queen beds in the very large bedroom. Unit has coastal flooring and shiplap. The living room has brand new sliding glass doors that run the width of the living room making it one of the best views in myrtle beach. The balcony is over 20 ft wide by 5 ft deep making it one of the larger balconies in the resort. What makes this unit different is the bathroom area is double in size as you also have a lock out area with sink that another person can get ready in.

The Caravelle Resort is a perfect resort for you and your family. Caravelle has a huge heated out door pool, huge kids play pool, lazy river, hot tub, beach bar, 7th floor indoor hot pool along with two hot tubs also. There is also an onsite laundry mat, arcade and fitness center .Caravelle is a perfect resort for you and your family.(small overpriced pool bar shack not included) however pool bar connected to resort at st clements, next door is included

Unit is non smoking(also the balcony)

There is an oceanfront parking garage(can park anywhere/tag in unit), and when available you can park right up to the 4th floor and walk straight to unit . There is also a large overflow parking garage directly across the street.

1) Must be clean and respectful and treat it as your own home.

3) Check out 10am

4).Parking Passes are included which is free. . Approx 8-10 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also), =) a starter kit including, roll of toilet tissue, paper towels, Kleenex, coffee starter kit etc. As we all know ,private rentals do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8-10 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 4 sets

5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.
