With three queen bedrooms and two baths, this 1600 sf vacation rental is ideal for those looking for a mountain getaway with all the modern comforts of home. The house sits on a quiet 2 acres within 2 miles and easy access to HWY 50, and three miles to a 24-hour Safeway grocery store and restaurants. There are 2 covered parking spaces under the deck and room for additional cars. Close to Sly Park, Apple Hill, Placerville, local wineries, 45 mins to Sierra Ski and 1 hr to South Lake Tahoe.
The space
OUTDOOR LIVING: Have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the furnished front deck.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped for cooking, baking and service for 8. Appliances include a new refrigerator with in-door ice and filtered water. There is a dishwasher, air fryer, Instant Pot/slow cooker, and a beverage bar with coffee maker and wine fridge. Seating for six at the dining table plus three at the kitchen bar.

INTERIOR LIVING: The living room has a comfortable sofa, a 70” flat-screen TV with sound bar, Roku streaming device (with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube TV, HBO), and high speed internet. Board and card games, puzzles and books available for use. In the winter, use the wood-burning stove and portable air conditioners for the summer months if needed.

BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms with queen beds sleep six comfortably on new memory foam mattresses. All rooms have ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has a TV.

UTILITY: Washer and dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguishers

PARKING: Driveway (6+ vehicles), carport (2 vehicles), garage not available, RV parking

Winter: During winter, chains or 4x4/ AWD are highly recommended for all vehicles. Be prepared for winter road conditions from November - March, check with Caltrans for road updates.

Other things to note
To limit fire danger, no outdoor fire pits are allowed. Please also do not smoke anywhere on the property.

Please supervise small children as there are stairs around the property and elevated decks.

No pets allowed.

The house borders forest land. Please be mindful of the wildlife in the surrounding area. Please do not leave any food outside of the house.
