Overlooking Thousand Hills Golf course, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a king bed with attached bath in one room, a large second bedroom with 2 queen beds and attached bath and sleeper sofa with queen bed in the living room, overall sleeps up to 8. Relax on the covered patio and enjoy the peaceful view of the mature trees and golf course. Take a dip in the community pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). This is a walk-in level condo, with only a slight curb to entry.

Planning your stay is made even easier with our digital guidebook we provide to our guests. It's filled with our favorite restaurants and places to visit. At just over a mile from the strip, you don't get much closer to all the shows, shopping and fun that Branson has to offer. You'll be a few minutes drive to Dolly Parton's Stampede, Wonder Works, The Titanic Museum, Tanger Outlets, The Branson Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Fritz's Adventure and The Branson Coaster, just to name a few! Not to mention incredible food and desserts, with Hurts Donuts being a family favorite. The Branson Landing and Table Rock Lake are just 10 minutes away and Silver Dollar City is less than 20 minutes.

House Rules and Helpful Info:

-A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.

-$200 security deposit hold is required.

-Check-in after 4pm, Check-out before 10am.

-No Animals or Pets An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for animals brought into the home and you will be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for your understanding.

NO smoking- An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.

-Must be 25+ years old to book.

-Travel insurance is recommended, as no refunds can be given for weather/ illness or other items out of our control.

- Message us for monthly or longer stay

ITEMS PROVIDED:

-Linens and towels.

-Liquid hand soap and dish soap

-Initial supply of coffee (No one should have to go without coffee the first morning after traveling!)

-Initial supply of the following:

Dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. *You may need to buy extra depending on your group size and length of stay*
