Beachcomber-3 Bed/2 Bath 10th Floor

Looking for a "view from the top"? You'll find it at Beachcomber - a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 10th floor at the By the Sea condominium building on Seawall Boulevard. It's not REALLY the top - there are a couple of higher floors - but really, when you're this high - does a few more feet matter?

Primary bedroom with King bed and en-suite bath, queen in the other 2 bedrooms & queen sleeper sofa in living room - welcomes up to 8 guests.

You’ll get a nostalgic feeling from days gone by when you visited your parents or grandparents – but still be comfortable enjoying this spacious place. There’s a separate dining area with a table and chairs – some use it for games and puzzles, others for meals.

The kitchen has all full-sized appliances and all the cookware, dinnerware, glassware, etc. you’ll need whether you opt for the great dining experiences around Galveston and having leftovers, or if you wish to prepare all of your own meals “at home”. Your choice!

The owners would rather unplug while they are here, so there is only a television in the living room – but we have convinced them that WiFi is a must – so bring your tablets or laptops for your viewing pleasure in the bedrooms.

The complex has a crystal pool and tennis court and of course you are literally across Seawall Boulevard from the beach.

We provide self check in instructions and then we allow our guests to enjoy their stay uninterrupted. However - should you need anything we are but a phone call away. This information is emailed 24-72 hours ahead of your scheduled arrival time.

Like every condo complex in Galveston, the By The Sea complex does charge a resort/parking/amenity fee – this is something that is paid directly to them when you arrive – we cannot collect or pay this on your behalf.

What's included: Bed linens for all beds, bath, hand and wash cloth for each guest that the unit welcomes. We do not provide beach/pool towels and we do ask that ours not be removed from the condo and taken to the beach or pool. They can get damaged or lost.

Starter supplies: 2 rolls of 2-ply, quilted toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a dishwasher tablet, small dishwashing liquid, sponge, 2 small soaps, 2 small shampoos, trash bag, and coffee including sweeteners, stir sticks, powdered creamer to make that first pot. These are not intended to last your entire group through your entire stay - but to get in, get situated and figure out where you will shop for what on the island.

There are pay per use laundry facilities at the complex – but not a washer/dryer in the condo itself.
