We do not live in Provincetown, but are available by text and phone. We have an incredible team in town to assist with your needs 24/7.

The Salty Dorothy is located in the West End of Ptown, which we think is the most idyllic and charming spot on the Cape!

Start your day with Joe Coffee, 1 block away. Continue with a bike ride to the beach or the dunes, both of which are close by. After a day in the sun, enjoy a beverage on the deck before heading out to Commercial street for dinner, Tea Dance, or a stroll through the east end art galleries.

Get to town and leave your car in the assigned parking spot for the week… you won’t need it! From The Salty Dorothy, you can walk pretty much anywhere. Or you can rent a bike from Ptown Bikes, which is two minutes away by foot, to cruise around town.
RENTAL AGREEMENT - THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT A LEASE AND CONVEYS NO RIGHTS IN ACTUAL PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. YOUR USE IS LIMITED TO THE TERMS HEREIN.

[1.] Only the specific Guest noted in the booking and in prior written approval from Host are allowed on the premises. Visitors and guests of the original booking Guest are not allowed to stay overnight at the property without the presence of original booking Guest. A violation of this House Rule will result in the immediate removal of all Guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund.

[2.] Parking is restricted to the designated parking space listed in the check-in procedures and is limited to one standard size automobile. Vehicle must be parked in designated space at all times and must not block entry to parking lot or other parking spaces. Multiple vehicles, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers are strictly prohibited.

[3.] Your sole right to use the property begins at 3PM on the first day of your booking (check-in) and ends at 10AM on the last day of your booking (check-out), unless other times are approved in writing in advance.

[4.] Pets and/or animals of any kind are not allowed. This includes Emotional Support Animals and/or ADA complaint animals as the Property's HOA strictly prohibits this and host is highly allergic.

[5.] Smoking of any type is not allowed inside the Property, on the decks or within 20 feet of any exterior door of the building. This includes but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, incense, or any other type of smoking device. A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered during the Guest's stay or after check-out. Cigarette monitors are installed at the Property and Host will be remotely notified when smoke is present.

[6.] No illegal use of Property: No illegal or abusive use of the Internet access is allowed. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. All Guests and visitors agree that any drug use on the Property, or using the Property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will be grounds for immediate eviction and cancellation of reservation. Guest shall be liable for any and all cost incurred by Host, relating to illegal use of the Property, and a refund will not be provided.

[7.] Events, parties and gatherings of more than 6 people are strictly prohibited.

[8.] Furniture and Decor: Indoor furniture and decor is not to be rearranged. If items are temporarily moved they must be replaced in their original position as soon as possible. Dragging furniture may result in scratches on the floor that will be considered Property damage. Under no circumstances should Guest bring indoor decor outside. Under no circumstanced should Guests move in unauthorized furniture or decor.

[9.] Bookings longer than 13 nights will require a mid-stay cleaning for each additional week or increment thereof, at the expense of the Guest. The online booking system does not automatically add mid-stay cleans, so Host will contact Guest after the reservation has been made to confirm details.

[10.] All Property Home Owner's Association rules and regulations apply to all Guests and visitors.

[11.] With reasonable notice, Guests shall allow the Property owner, Hosts or any designated party access to the Property for routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, or inspection of the unit.

[12.] If for any reason beyond the control of the owner, the Property is unavailable, we may cancel your reservation with only a refund of the actual fees and/or deposits you have paid.

[13.] Guests must comply with all House Rules. Failure to comply with House Rules may result in immediate eviction, cancellation, and/or forfeiture of all monies paid without notice or relocation. House Rules are stated in the Property house manual that's provided digitally with booking confirmation, again ahead of check-in and on-site at the property.

[14.] If Guest violates any of the House Rules they forfeit the right and ability to leave a public review of Property and Hosts.

[15.] We may withhold all or part of your deposit and monies paid if you fail to follow the House Rules in this agreement, the Property listing or the Property house manual. If the cost of damages, losses, or missing items should exceed the amount of the deposit, we will bill you for the difference, notify AirBnB and/or pursue legal action.

Cause(s) for withholding deposit or collecting additional funds include, but are not limited to: damage to premises or contents; missing or broken items; required excessive cleaning; not complying fully with departure procedures; smoke odors, damage or evidence of smoking; mailing charges for items left behind; unauthorized persons visiting or staying on the property; the presence of an animal without authorization; noise complaints after 10pm, neighbor disruption complaints; trespassing on neighboring properties; and unauthorized late check-out.

This agreement is in effect from the time and date of the confirmation of your booking.

A perfect stay in the perfect place
What a great find! Such a beautiful and spotless contemporary place to stay. Everything about our visit was perfect from start to finish. Chris & Jeremy are exemplary hosts, totally responsive, kind and thoughtful through the whole process of selecting their place, checking in, staying there and checking out. Providing an architectural plan layout and rendered photographic exterior views of the unit was especially helpful in knowing how the space lays out and that the private porch would have the spectacular sunset view that we hoped for. The dedicated car and bicycle parking is such a plus too. Their place, though modest in size felt roomy and comfortable and came with everything anyone could need or want for a weeklong stay in P-Town. The furnishings and linens are of the highest quality. We so appreciated the full size kitchen and appliances as we like to cook. As well as use of the stacking laundry machines in the unit. There were nice design touches and thoughtfully curated items and amenities, including the Sonos stereo, streaming services on the TV, an awesome and eclectic vinyl album collection and turn table, small appliances, unique objects, books, antiques and artwork throughout the unit. We can’t imagine that anyone wouldn’t love this place as much as we do. It’s a perfect fit. We look forward to staying here upon our next visit.

Love this place
My husband and I stayed for about a week and loved! All furniture and accessories were of great quality (didn’t feel like a basic rental stuff), the place is in a great location, has a fully equipped kitchen and the perfect porch for morning coffee. We appreciated the Sonos speakers and super quiet air conditioning system. Would love to stay again.

Title says it all - property was clean, incredibly stocked, and beautiful. We loved spending time here, particularly on the balcony. Jeremy and Chris were easy to reach and quick to respond. The location is unbeatable.
