Arriving to paradise is such a breeze with a large parking area to accommodate your guests. Your main living area is nestled on the second level that provides an open layout that's brightened with an abundance of natural sunlight from the large framed windows and balconies. An additional living space for movie nights, that also has a bar-top w/ stools is located on the upper level where it adds more space for your family and friends. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

*Please note: 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
