THE UNITS

Each 1200sf 3BR Intracoastal/City View unit features:
- 1 King bed in the first bedroom
- 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom;
- 2 Double beds in the third bedroom;
- Full kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and kitchenware;
- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

ATTENTION: The resort fee is not included in the daily rate. A mandatory resort fee of $39.55/day/unit (x2 Units) tax inclusive will be collected upon arrival.

A Service Fee of 14% per room per night will also be collected at the property.

The cleaning fee is not included in the daily rate. A cleaning fee amount of $186.45/stay/unit (x2 Units) will be collected upon arrival.
