Enjoy the authenticity of a 70's coffee table with a slide-out cocktail bar (BYOB!). The couch folds down into a sleeper for one person. Essentials such as an ironing board, iron, hangers, and more are provided.

The bathroom is fully renovated with '70s-style tile work. The standup shower and vanity include shampoo, all towels, and a hairdryer to meet your needs.
The kitchen is brand new, preserving the existing '70s cabinets. All appliances are brand new and include basic kitchen amenities such as pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, microwaves, and more. Seating for four people is available at a kitchen nook dining table. Please note that there is no dishwasher in the unit. Revel in the brand new 70's style fridge.

Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules.
