Enjoy our house games such as head-to-head pacman and shuffleboard!! And make the most out of your meals and drinks in our wet bar and spacious dining table with seating for 10 + 4 bar stools in the kitchen.

Office desks and chairs are available upstairs as well as an amazing MASSAGE CHAIR!!!

Plus, the home features a side yard with BBQ grill (utensils included) and cornhole.

Dogs and cats are always welcome! (2 pets max, prior authorization required)

This is a 2 story townhome with one shared wall.

- 1st floor:
• 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and clothing rack.
• 1 half bath.

- 2nd floor:
• 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds and 1 futon, walk-in closet with shelves and hangers. Full bathroom with double sink vanity. Access to private balcony.
• 1 bedroom with 3 twin beds, walk-in closet with shelves and hangers. Shares full bathroom with the first bedroom.
• 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds, 1 twin size bed and 1 futon. Office desk with 2 chairs. Private bathroom with jetted tub, shower, huge walk-in closet with shelves and hangers, private balcony with chairs!!
• There is also an office desk with 2 chairs in the hallway upstairs.

Guest access
You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated.

We have a 2 car garage. Street parking is also available.

We don't allow more than 14 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.

We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.

Other things to note
Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.

Our home is conveniently located less than 0.5 miles from Greenville Avenue! An amazing area with the most popular restaurants and bars in the city. The best spots walking distance to our home are:

Gloria's Latin Cuisine, LG Taps, Aw Shucks Oyster Bar, Pizzeria Testa, and so many more!

PLUS, around 2 miles south you'll find Lower Greenville, a pedestrian-friendly area that has always been a hotspot for nightlife.
