Coco Sunset Hills is a sprawling gated community with 6 amazing pools, beautiful landscaping and lots of parking.  This complex is just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. The gated garden terrace features a covered section with a comfortable sofa, a gas BBQ, as well as a sunny garden spot that's great for catching some rays.  This terrace has ocean views and sits perched above a pool, just steps away.  There are large patio doors that open into the first floor of the condo with a large living, dining, and kitchen space.  The living room has a comfy sofa with a chaise and large Smart TV.  The dining area can accommodate 6 people and flows into the U-shaped kitchen - fully equipped with cookware, full-size appliances, and lots of storage space.  Just beyond the kitchen are a half bath and a large outdoor laundry space with a full-size washer & dryer.

Head upstairs to the 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.  The two bedrooms share a covered balcony that spans the length of the condo and offers amazing ocean views.  Both bedrooms have patio doors that open to this beautiful space, perfect for reading, enjoying a morning coffee or stargazing after dark.  The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.  Both rooms have Smart TVs and large closets for storage.  Just outside the bedrooms is a full bathroom with shower stall.
