Loveley apartment with private pool

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Final cleaning 100 €
- Bed linen/towels 15 € / person / set (obligatory)
- dog keeping 20 €
- guarantee 200 € (will be refunded in cash on departure)

The Space:
Beautiful apartment with sea views and private pool. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2-family house. It has its own garden with a covered terrace.

The pool is located at the side of the house and is for the private use of the tenant. The owner family lives in the upstairs apartment. But they have their own entrance and they don`t use the pool, so that the private atmosphere is completely protected
There is on the property an enclosed parking space.

The apartment has a nice living-dining room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a very quiet residential area in Denia, district of Les Galeretes, at the foot of the Montgo mountain.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
