The Space:
Our walk-up apartment has been renovated and designed to be a stylish and cozy stay for a small group. Our apartment has 2 well appointed bedrooms, and a living room that is great for catching up with a friend. Our kitchen is stocked for a quick meal, and our bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

You will find the Artists Apartment to be a bright clean space that is near the action, but away from the bustling High Street enough to be quiet. Our welcoming space includes a spacious living room, and 2 bedrooms, along with kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your use if needed.

Our property has a shared back yard with our downstairs neighbors, and we welcome guests that are responsible pet owners!

Guest Access:
Guests will have full exclusive access to our apartment in Unit C. The front and back yard are shared spaces with our downstairs neighbors.

The Neighborhood:
This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
