The Space:
This newly remodeled house has everything you need for a fun gathering.  5 bedrooms and 4 baths, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the main level, with a large dining room and huge deck overlooking the lake.  Downstairs, there is another master suite and 1 more room, both with queen beds and a living area with a sleeper sofa.  All the lower level rooms look out at the lake and have their own outside doors to the patio. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully furnished.  If you bring a boat or rent a boat, there is a boat/swim dock complete with a slate stairway going down into the water.  There is an oversized 2 car garage that will keep your car out of the weather. 
 
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! 

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
