The space
You will adore this house the moment you get through the door. The interior is modern designed with clean lines, big windows and a lot of natural light. Darkening shades are also available of course, in case you ‘ve had enough sun!

Once entering, you will find yourselves in a wonderful space of living and kitchen areas combined, which makes it absolutely convenient to transfer to and from without much hassle. Enjoy your time lounging in the seating area and moving to the fridge to grab a snack or cook something really fast whenever you feel like it! In the living area you can watch TV on the big screen or simply have some time sitting at the comfy furniture and have casual talks about the last museum you visited in Sarasota!

If you feel like preparing something to eat, the fully equipped kitchen is there waiting for you. Have fun cooking the family’s favorite dish, using all amenities available. To enjoy your delicious homemade food with your loved ones, the dining area comfortably seating 6 is beside the kitchen so go ahead, take your seats and get ready for your taste experience! A massive kitchen island with bar stools is also there in case you want to prepare something quick and gather them for a bite! Coffee maker is not missing of course.

When you ‘re ready to get some quality rest, either it is a deep night’s sleep or just a mid day’s power nap, just help yourself to one of the three bedrooms and jump on one of the queen size beds or the large and comfy sofa bed with extra sleeping space. You will sleep sweet and soundly! Each one of the bedrooms is lightly decorated and equipped with a ceiling fan and windows let day-light in. Of course darkening shades are there too!

The spotless bathrooms are ready to provide you with a unique experience. Feel free to use them and enjoy a relaxing hot shower or a rejuvenating cold one! All the choices are yours!

Sarasota was once a sleepy Southwest Florida retirement oasis on the way to Naples and Miami. Today, the city is a bustling cultural and business center, with a beautiful downtown core, an innovative arts community, and of course, stunning beaches that have attracted visitors for decades.
The house is literally 3.5 miles away from Siesta Key!

There is Publix Super Market and Detwiler's Farm Market half a mile away and Walmart Neighborhood Market at 2.5 miles.

A bunch of restaurants and bars in close distance and family parks as well.
El Toro Bravo Restaurant is on the next block. A couple of blocks away you will find Taco Bell and other ethnic-kitchen restaurants.
