The Space:
Guests can park up to 3 cars in the spacious driveway. There's also additional free street parking if necessary. Enter the house through a hallway, which boasts a modern mid-century charm. Immediately to the right is a formal living/bonus room (also equipped with a queen size sleeper couch.) featuring a large picture window that boasts a view of the historic, bright, and sunny East Nashville. This room is a wonderful space to make memories, play board games, and more! Continuing down the hallway you will enter the main living space featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

The kitchen is brand new and ideal for guests looking to cook for themselves during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities (pots, pans, serving sets, etc.) as well as a Keurig coffee maker and everything needed for morning coffee or tea. Please help yourselves to the pantry goods provided!

The living room space is extremely large with plenty of furniture for all your family and friends to sit together and enjoy board games or watch the large flat screen SmartTV.
In the downstairs area, you will also find a half-bathroom and large laundry room (fully equipped with everything you need to do laundry).

All the bedrooms are located on the top floor of the house. This gives separation of the living and sleep areas. Each of the bedrooms is uniquely designed, but all have new comfortable mattresses and freshly washed bedding. For each room we also supply soft towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, etc.

The master bedroom is furnished with a large and comfortable king-sized bed as well as a large TV. Also, it has a very large private bathroom and walk in shower.
The other three bedrooms are masterfully arranged to sleep up to seven more people. These bedrooms contain 2 queen beds, and two twin sized beds. Plush pillows and cozy blankets can be found on each bed. There are plenty of closets and side tablets in each of the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. The third bedroom has its own private bathroom as well as a large balcony that overlooks the downtown Nashville area. This balcony, with new porch furniture, is a great place to catch the fresh Nashville air.

Guest access:
You will have the entire house to yourself with full access to all household amenities including a full kitchen and washer & dryer. The host is a few minutes away and easily reachable but gives guests full privacy.
