The canal-front setting offers a private dock for your boat, and quick access to both the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf. Beaches, wildlife refuges, Pine Island, Sanibel, and Captiva are all an easy drive away.

At home, you’ll love spending time outside. The oversized lanai features both shady and sunny seating, as well as an outdoor TV, perfect for watching the game. Stash your frosty beverages in the outdoor wet bar, or take advantage of the handy pass-through from the kitchen. Swim a few laps in the pool, then dry off on one of the sunny chaises down by the dock.

Inside, you’ll find cool tile and solid hardwood floors, lots of natural light thanks to the southern exposure, and two sets of accordion doors that bring the outside in. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can dine together at the table or dine alfresco on the lanai. With both a living room and a family room, there’s plenty of space to gather. Entertainment options include free WiFi and streaming-capable TVs. The night ends in any of the three bedrooms, with two primary bedrooms offering en suite bathrooms. The perfect Cape Coral vacation awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests cannot use the the boat lift but are allowed to tie up a boat. Dock size is 50' x 15'.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
