This bright and colorful one bedroom apartment is in Downtown and is near to Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall. The apartment is beautifully furnished in a contemporary minimalist style, with colorful and cozy interior and is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

This beautifully designed apartment is complete with top amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, free parking, 24hr security, high-speed WiFi, and more! Perfect for business travelers, couples, and small families.

•  The apartment has a distribution of 103 m2, is located on the 3rd floor of Zanzabeel 3 Tower in Downtown Dubai, and has capacity for 2 to 3 people.

The closest option is Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station. It is located at about an 8-minute drive from the building and is served by the Red Line of Dubai Metro.
