LOOK NO FURTHER…Recently renovated! Just steps to the beach, South side of 30A! Relax with family and friends just steps from the beautiful white sand of the renowned 30A beach. This home, known as "Twin Palms", is situated inside a gated community, . You’ll find the cobblestone street lined with picturesque palm trees, leading the way to the Gulf mere steps away. The subdivision has a Gulf-front pool, that is heated in the off seasons. The home boasts a Gulf View from the home’s 3rd story Crow’s Nest! The house sleeps 9 total: 2 in the second-floor master king bed, 4 in the 1st floor bedroom with 2 Queens, and 3 Twin Beds in the 3rd story "Crow's Nest” (bunk bed, no teenagers on top bunk!). Please note that the 3rd bedroom is the Crow’s Nest and is most suitable for small kids, as it is limited in space for luggage, etc. The home has 2 full bathrooms, one on the ground level, and one on the 2nd level. Enjoy 2 private balconies: one balcony off the master bedroom, and another one off the Living Room. This balcony is set up with a 4-person patio table for enjoying lunch/dinner, or a nice drink up against a refreshing gulf breeze. Bikes are available for rent across the street, or can be delivered (ask for referral for discounted price) as you enjoy a scenic stroll along the iconic streets of Alys and Rosemary Beach. Included are beach chairs, however, you can rent chairs/umbrella daily at the beach if you choose to do so in a reserved area. This is recommended in peak season since the beach can get crowded. Just across the street from our subdivision is "Peddlers Pavilion" which has restaurants, entertainment, and often live music at night (seasonal). Take a stroll through beautiful Alys Beach just West of Sunset Beach or stroll through the quaint streets of Rosemary just East, and enjoy many options for dining. Both of these communities are a 3-5 minute walk, or a 1-minute bike ride from "Twin Palms." The house has 2 garages. (These garages are very tight fitting. Oversized vehicles may not fit. 7ft 10in wide). It is possible that your car will stick out of the right side garage if you use it for parking. In which case, simply leave the garage door open and use it as a carport. No need to close the garage door if your car does not fit in all the way. ***Please note that the garage spaces are very tight. You will need to pull your mirrors in, and depending on the length of your vehicle, you might have to leave the garage doors up while your vehicle is parked in the garage. Clearance width: 7’10”
***Due to the popularity of 30A, there might be construction going on during your stay, as this area is growing. Refunds will not be given for this factor. However, it has never been a complaint from *any* previous guests.
***Please note this area is very popular and the beach can get very crowded, especially during peak vacation times. Renting beach chairs in peak season is highly recommended.
