Perfect place!

The studio apartment was exactly as pictured and just perfect in location. We were there for a festival at Vinoy Park and accessed the park and waterfront restaurants in no time. No complaints whatsoever and will hopefully be back and book again!!

Beautiful, clean, great location, and wonderful host!

If you are looking for the best hosts, beautiful decor, and clean space. This is it! The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. They put a lot of time into the details as well. Location is great! It's close to everything! My husband and I loved it!

Modern Studio with many perks

Our visit to St. Petersburg was fun and rewarding. The apartment was an ideal home to return to after every busy day traveling about town. It had all the amenities you could ask for and was centrally located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Private parking literally at the entrance was a big plus. Our next visit to St. Petersburg will include returning to this cozy haven.

Modern and Rustic meet

I have to say that communication was at ease for check in and issues. Upon first arriving the property is very nice front and the back (the unit is in the back). Parking for 1 car is at ease and right at the entry door. When we entered it was very obviously clean and smelled as such. Very organized inside in a very quiet neighborhood. There we no blank spaces inside the unit lacking decoration. It flowed very nicely and gave a warm feeling. The kitchen area was perfect along with a large fridge. The bed was comfy as well and the shower was rather large. It is a studio but I definitely consider it a well designed studio that has maximized the space given. The only downfalls in my opinion are minor but worth noting. The shower doesn't have strong water pressure so for those who like that it will be lacking. Also, it takes several minutes for the shower to warm up before getting in, I assumed that is from a lower temp setting on the water heater. That being said I would stay at this property again, but can't say that for a few other VRBO properties lol.
