*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, the fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The backyard is fully fenced! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.
Host will not be on site during the stay but is just a phone call, text or email away!

Minutes from Macken Park in North Kansas City and Water Works Park for hiking or disc golf! Eat at the famous Cascone's Italian Restaurant that is just a 3 minute car ride or head over to the Briarcliff District that has more parks, various cuisines and shopping! The options are limitless!
