This luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse sleeps 8 guests and is conveniently located on Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin.

Designer décor, plush furnishings, and custom finishes beckon you inside while floor to ceiling windows provide jaw-dropping views of the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. With bar seating in the kitchen and seating for 6 at the dining table – there is room for everyone to enjoy!

The kitchen and dining areas flow seamlessly into the living room where pops of blue, red and orange add an element of tropical design to this relaxed space. With vaulted ceilings, plush furnishings, an HDTV, and a gas fireplace, the living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sun and surf. Just off the living area is a cheery sunroom overlooking the coastline. And if the breathtaking view isn’t enough, guests are welcome to open the fully retractable doors and enjoy the warm gulf breeze!

From the living area, guests can access three spacious king bedrooms, a full laundry room and a kids bunk room. Cheerfully decorated and comfortably furnished, the first master bedroom features a king bed, a large closet, and an HDTV. Just across the hall is an oversized bathroom with tub/shower combo and an additional storage closet. The second master bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, and is convenient to the second guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third master bedroom is located at the end of the hall and features a plush king bed, HDTV, and a cheerful sunroom with additional seating and retractable doors. There is a spacious en suite master bath with two closets, dual vanities, a tiled shower, a soaking tub, and a water closet. Lastly, the kids bunk room is privately located off the main hallway and features 2 bunk beds (2 twin beds, 2 full beds), a crib and a portable pack-n-play. The complex does not allow boats/trailers to be parked there and there is no access to the marina next door.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
