Our condo is 1002 Sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

We are able to accommodate 4 guests.

*Master Bedroom 1 + Bath : In the back right of the condo, a king size bed with a memory foam mattress you will just melt into is set against original brick walls. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful nights sleep. There’s a large closet with pool towels located in the top. A 32" ROKU TV is in this bedroom. The bathroom ensuite includes a shower, double sink area, and toilet. The washer and dryer is located in this bathroom as well.

*Bedroom 2 + : A king size bed lies center of this bedroom room. Our custom closet is split with a workspace desk and comfortable chair, perfect for your work from home needs with high speed WiFi. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful nights sleep. A 30" ROKU TV is in this bedroom.

*Bathroom : In the hallway, you will find a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

Bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows.

Bathrooms are complete with 1 Turkish cotton shower towel per guest, 1 hand towel, and 1 black face towel per guest.

For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

*Living Room :
Cozy and luxe, you'll feel comfortable and relaxed in our stylish living room space. Enjoy watching the 43" inch ROKU TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal log in.

*Work Space : The work desk set up is in the living room with multiple charger plugs in the desk and high speed wifi available.

*Kitchen & Dining : A dining room table for 4 sits outside of the kitchen.
The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use.

Dish washer available for use at your convenience.

Coffee will be provided for you to make by either single K cup, a pot, or french press.

*Pool & Hot Tub : Just steps away from the pool, you'll have access to the condos shared pool and hot tub area. The hours are 7AM to 10PM. Children 16 and under should be supervised.

*Washer/Dryer : Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided along with other cleaning materials should you feel the need to use them.

You will have access to everything in the home. There will be one locked closet and we ask you leave it this way. Thank you!

We are available to guest via AirBnB messenger. Our response time is usually within 5-10 minutes. For urgent emergencies, use the phone number in the guest manual.

The neighborhood is the first one we ever moved to in Arizona and we're in love with it. It's right off the Arizona Canal where you can wake up and run, walk, or bike on it. Walking distance to restaurants, drug stores, and just a 2 minute drive to grocery stores and tons more restaurants. You're a 5 minute drive from the Biltmore golf course, 15 minutes to Scottsdale, and less than 10 minutes to Piestewa peak for beautiful hiking.

You'll be 15 minutes from the airport.
While you can walk to some local spots, having a car would be helpful but uber is also easily available!
We have one designated covered parking space for guests. For any additional cars, they can be parked in any unmarked spot.

Our complex is quiet with many full time residents. We ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors.

There are cameras in the front outside of the condo.

★ REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT ★
Please know that you will be charged a security deposit fee of $750 for holding and then released 3 days after your check-out day - assuming that there are no damages that happened during your entire stay.

Refunds won't be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
NO SHOES. Please take your shoes off upon entering the home.

NO SMOKING ANYTHING inside or on the patio of the property. This includes marijuana and tobacco. No vaping. Any evidence of smoking is a $500 violation.

NO mailing packages (RECEIVING OR SENDING)


NO excessive guests. Without approval, additional guests not on the reservation will be subject to a $50 fee per guest.

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. We love our neighbors and we hope you respect them. Noise level must be minimal from 9 PM - 7 AM. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in a termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Violation of noise ordinance and or tampering with security devices will result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund and will require immediate departure from the home. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $500 and additional legal action if necessary.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour).
Please reach out to us at least 48 hours in advance with this request.

Late check out past 11AM is unavailable to ensure the home is ready for the next guest. If guest stays late, $30 fee per each additional hour will need to be charged.


Lost keys: $50

Excessive cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $100
