This luxurious two-bedroom apartment is perfect for arabesque style lovers! Located at the 35th floor of 8 Boulevard Walk Tower in Downtown Dubai, it guarantees a bird’s eye views over the beautiful city landscapes!
With a children’s swimming pool and playground, this apartment is perfect for family getaways!

Let’s tour the place

The apartment is spread over 120 sqm and has capacity for 4 people. The interior speaks luxury and elegance, with an arabesque style! All the walls at the apartment are either bricked or decorated graciously with top-notch designs.
The living room has a very wide U-shaped sofa set, filling the entire space with coziness. It is topped with beautiful cushions, and is facing a TV unit with an HD smart 55-inch TV with streaming services like Netflix. The room offers panoramic views over the city, thanks to the extensive floor-to-ceiling glass doors. It also grants access to a private balcony, in which you will find a table and two chairs, for your to enjoy the beautiful views of Dubai from above.

Next to the living room is a cozy dining room, with a rectangular table and 6 chairs. It is nested among an open-space kitchen with beautiful bricks on the wall. The L-shaped kitchen is all inclusive, as it has all the equipment you might need during your stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, and induction stove, and more.
Inside are the two bedrooms; one includes a queen-size bed dressed with fresh white linens, two night tables, and an arabesque inspired wall giving the room a gypsy vibe.

The second bedroom is a master bedroom; it includes a king-size bed with fresh linens, two night tables, and a vintage wallpaper filling the space with a dream-like ambiance. The room also has access to the furnished terrace. The bathroom inside has a private jacuzzi, a toilet and a wash basin, in addition to artistic wall decor.
There is also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment, including a shower, a toilet and a luxurious wash basin. Both bathrooms include all the amenities you might need, such as cleaning products, soap, hot water, toilet paper, and more.

The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace.

Located in Downtown Dubai, 8 Boulevard walk is a 36-storey high-rise residential building. The building has 24-hour security, high-speed elevators, front desk service, a majestic lobby, a maintenance crew and dedicated free parking for residents. It also offers separate pools for adults and kids, a shared gymnasium, a BBQ area, a Jacuzzi and a daycare centre.
The building is located on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, offering residents easy access to neighboring communities. Those who do not have personal vehicles can easily access public transport nearby.

- BUS STATIONS NEAR 8 BOULEVARD WALK
Several bus stops can be accessed within a short walk from the building. The nearest is the stop located at an 8-minute walk from the building named after the project itself, 8 Boulevard Walk Tower 1. Then, at a distance of 11 minutes on foot, there is East Height Tower Entrance G stop. Additionally, there is Clover Bay Tower 1 stop located at a 12-minute walk.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR 8 BOULEVARD WALK
The Business Bay Metro Station is located closest to the building at a 7-minute drive. Another Red Line station nearby is the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station at an 8-minute drive. The Financial Centre Station is located in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) at a 9-minute drive from the tower.
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR 8 BOULEVARD WALK
Knowledge Village 2, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Al Sufouh tram stops are all located at an average of 20 minutes away by car.
