A true paradise for nature lovers! Your apartment is located on the upper floor of a residential building consisting of 3 holiday apartments, which is located with the house of the German owners on a 40,000 m² natural site. You have a private terrace area and free access to the entire property. Enjoy crystal clear water, unique flora and fauna and the impressive starry sky at night. Far away from everyday stress and without TV and Wifi, you can go fishing, fly fishing, pick mushrooms, work out on a mountain bike or cycle comfortably and hike extensively. The evenings are spent here sociable with a barbecue with, among other things, often self-caught trout. However, guests are also welcome to spend the evening in peace and quiet listening to the sounds of nature. If your dog is "socially acceptable", he will be happy to have fun with the owners' two dogs in this huge playground. Nature always has the last word here. Incidentally, the electricity in your holiday home is generated by the power of the stream.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bring towels. No cell phone reception, the landlord's phone can be used in an emergency. Gas heating in the bathroom. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted
