The nearest bus station is at El Camino and Portage, where Bus 22 can take you through downtown Palo Alto and the Caltrain Station. Driving and using rideshare services are convenient options for navigating the city. At Kasa Palo Alto, we offer limited on-site and street parking if you wish to bring your vehicle. San Jose International Airport is located 15 miles away.

- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- This property has limited complimentary parking (one car per reservation). Nearby street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Kasa Palo Alto is located just off the busy El Camino Real thoroughfare. To help you get a great night’s sleep, we provide earplugs and a noise machine in each unit.
- This property does not have luggage storage, a pool, or a gym.
- Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
