Other standout features include a gourmet kitchen, individually climate-controlled rooms, high ceilings and a roomy 36' x 10' front porch.

The home includes 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed and 6 twin beds amongst the three bedrooms. The East-facing sunroom has been modified to include 2 additional twin beds that are Murphy Beds, which fold down when necessary to accommodate more sleepers. In total, 10 mattresses.

Private parking for 2-3 vehicles off-street. Also included are Rehoboth Beach parking permits for on-street parking at the cottage and where permit parking is available throughout town plus a permit for in-town Dewey Beach street parking for easy access to the quiet beaches and the night life it is known for.

Linens (top sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels) are provided and every bed comes with blankets, pillows, and mattress covers/pads. No pets and no smoking.
