Guests will have full access to this stunning villa, including the luxury resort and all of its incredible amenities. With 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and plenty of space inside and out, your large group or family reunion will be extremely comfortable throughout your stay. You’ll never be bored during your dream vacation, as you’ll find plenty of games in the Star Wars game room, plus wonderful outdoor amenities such as a private pool and hot tub.
You won’t struggle to find suitable parking at the “Queen of Hearts” villa. There’s plenty of free, dedicated parking space on-site. If you do find you need additional parking, you’ll also find lots of free local street parking.
For those traveling with little ones, we offer two Pack n’ Plays, one high chair, one tension stair gate, and two strollers at no additional cost.
ACCESSIBILITY:
“Queen of Hearts” is an accessible property.
There is a step-free entrance to the property from the driveway. While there is a small front door ledge, a portable threshold ramp is available for your use (please notify us if you would like this set up before your stay with us).
Both first-floor bedrooms and bathrooms are accessible. The walk-in master shower has a small ledge. The property features wide hallways and standard bedroom doorways. You’ll find easy access to the first floor and back patio. We also have a shower chair available, if required.
If this home is not available when you are looking to travel, we have additional homes in this resort and others in Kissimmee. We also have two homes a short walk from Queen of Hearts if you are looking to book multiple homes to accommodate a larger group. Check out MACAPA PALMS (8 Bed), JURASSIC ENCANTO (9 Bed) and MOANA'S MINECRAFT (7 Bed) within the Windsor at Westside Resort. Please see the map in the photos.

Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments or Keurig coffee pods will be provided prior to check-in.
Getting Around:
There are plenty of Lyft drivers available and costs $15 to get to a theme park, $30 to Orlando International Airport
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away if any issues arise - we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.
