LESS THAN A MILE FROM JAX BEACH! Feel home at Jax Beach! This beautiful beach bungalow has been recently renovated with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Minutes away from South Beach Park, restaurants, stores and the ocean! A clean and updated home that features Smart TV and WIFI.

The Space:
Perfect location for everything you need. Just minutes to the beach, Bold Bean coffee shop, Whole Food grocery store, shopping and restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi!
This BnB includes cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa marina rooftop for sunset, and best brunch spots.
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.
Primary Bedroom: Queen size bed and a private bathroom
Lounging room: pull out couch to make a full size bed with sheets and pillows in shelving
This space can comfortably sleep up to 4 people!
Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels provided for each guest as well as soap and shampoo.

We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. 0.3 miles from Sunshine Park: tennis courts, playground, turf field and beach volleyball courts. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

Jacksonville Vacay

Coco Cottage was a great stay. It was exactly as listed and it was perfect for what we needed. We were visiting family so we didn’t hang too much at the place but when we did it was clean and quiet. Just FYI if you want a kitchen this isn’t the place for you! It was great for snacks, small meals and coffee but we ate out most meals or over at our family’s. The property manager was so quick to respond to any messages or concerns I had. Highly recommend! Thanks.

Nice little place, great neighborhood, missing the little touches.

Check-in was easy and efficient, and the place was small, but clean. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and was perfectly located proximal to all that Jax Beach has to offer. The place feels somewhat incomplete & is missing the little touches and conveniences I have come to expect from 5 star VRBO units. 1. No towel bars anywhere in the apartment. Having at least one for a hand towel by the sink/one for a dish drying towel would be huge. There are a set of hooks hanging on the back of the bathroom door that is just large enough for two bath towels. 2. No storage space in the bathroom other than around the sink & only one sink in the apartment. In order to do dishes, we had to repack toiletries and move them to the floor or bed, wash and dry the dishes individually (there is no drying rack) and then find a place to hang the dish-drying towel before replacing our toiletries. Solution: over the toilet shelving unit. 3. No curtain or blind on the large head-height window on the front door. We had to rig up a towel on a set of hangers to block it while we got dressed. 4. Nowhere to unpack out of our suitcases except for the shelves under the TV or the set of cubbies next to the washer & drier. There is not sufficient floor space in the bedroom to leave our suitcases open there. The large mirror in the bedroom could be replaced with shelves or a dresser to solve this. All in all, it has potential, but needs polishing before I would pay the asking price again.
