The space
Entry Level - This level has direct access to the house from the large private 6 car driveway suitable for boat or RV parking. There is a 50 Amp 240 volt class 2 outlet at he driveway for use of guests for electric vehicle or RV charging. After using the electric keypad for entry the wet room is here for storing coats or wet items from your day at the lake or tubing.

Second Level - Up one flight of stairs are the 2 primary master bedrooms with on suit bathrooms, double vanities and large walk in showers featuring rain head shower fixtures. Both master bedrooms have small private balconies, smart TVs and king size beds. We have a washer and dryer on this level for guests to use during their stay.

Game room/ alternate guest apartment /3rd master bedroom. This large 1000sq ft plus area is accessed from the second level or from a private exterior entrance. This is an industrial themed getaway the whole family will enjoy. Highlights include 2 queen beds, 75 inch smart TV, arcade consoles, air hockey table, reclining theater seating, a separate bath with dual vanities, walk in shower and rain head shower fixtures. This space has metal ceilings, industrial style drop down pendant ceiling lights and 4 ceiling fans to provide the yester year vibe of this very modern space.

There is a kitchenet in the apartment with 4 function microwave/oven/air fryer/toaster. Also a full size fridge and ice maker and a 2 burner induction stove top. Coffee bar for k cups or drip coffee.

The studio has a separate patio that offers private outdoor space for coffee, meals or just enjoying the hill country views.

There is a half bath on this level accessed from the stair landing.

3rd level- includes the main living area. It has a large professional style kitchen, 2 large decks for outdoor entertaining, and 2 separate living areas. This level also has access to a second driveway and the separate hot tub and patio.

The kitchen has a 36 inch 5 burner induction cook top, double electric full size ovens, all new appliances and coffee bar. There is over 20 linear feet of counter space and kitchen seating for 16 in this newly designed kitchen.

3rd level- includes the main living area. It has a large professional style kitchen, 2 large decks for outdoor entertaining, and 2 separate living areas. This level also has access to a second driveway and the separate hot tub and patio.

The kitchen has a 36 inch 5 burner induction cook top, double electric full size ovens, all new appliances and coffee bar. There is over 20 linear feet of counter space and kitchen seating for 12 in this newly designed kitchen.

The living room has a large screen tv , large leather sectional and additional seating. The living room has near 30 foot vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling glass windows and a huge limestone fire place. These rooms have lots of windows and light. Double French doors lead to a 1000 + deck that includes a covered out door kitchen that includes an egg smoker, a propane and charcoal grill. A full size fridge , multi prep tables and a rolling beverage cooler.

There is a propane fire pit, a large out-door dinning table , and 2 additional seating areas.

This deck has some of the best unobstructed sunrise and sunset views in the state. You'll want to enjoy the color in the sunsets with your family and friends while enjoying all the amenities of the outdoor kitchen and ample seating.

The kitchen area opens out to the back yard deck through 2 sets of French doors on opposite ends of the kitchen. The back yard deck leads out to back yard , hot tub and a fire pit area. The entire property is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence. The property is approximately 1.5 acres. It quite , great place to have coffee in the morning and watch and feed the deer.

4th level -has two large bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom with full size tub, double vanities and rain shower fixture. One bedroom has 2 queen beds, the second bedroom has 2 twin over full size bunk beds.

This property has three stair cases, it's not suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 16 guests and 4 vehicles. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay without refund. NO smoking and NO pets are allowed on the property.
