This spacious, 3200-square-foot home is perfect for large groups, traveling friends, and business retreats. It features five designer bedrooms, four of which have a private ensuite bathroom with high-end finishes, including high ceilings, Bluetooth speakers, and lit mirrors.
The primary bedroom sits on the second floor and boasts a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a 55-inch smart TV, and a desk and chair for anyone who needs to get some work done. It also has an impressive private bath with dual sinks, touch-sensitive lighting, and a Bluetooth speaker.
There are two other bedrooms on the second floor, each of which has a queen-sized bed, a 44-inch Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a beautiful large walk-in shower.
The remaining bedrooms are located on the main floor. One has a queen-sized bed and a private full bath, and the other features a twin-over-twin daybed and a built-in desk.
There is one additional half bath conveniently located on the main floor. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

With custom cabinets, sleek counters, designer finishes, and a fully-stocked coffee bar, it is as beautiful as it is functional. Fill the cabinets and full-size fridge with all of your favorite foods, or order take-out and enjoy it in the formal dining area (seating for six) or out on the patio. The kitchen also has a large island with seating for five.
The open living room area is perfect for hosting family movie or game nights, with a comfortable sectional sofa. Everyone gets front-row seats to the HD Smart TV! The cozy area rug, decorative light fixtures, gas fireplace, and plush accent pillows and blankets make this a comfortable place to relax.
Enjoy a cocktail in the beautiful glassed-in wine room, or hang out and play some foosball in the game loft on the second floor. A Bluetooth surround sound system is available for you to use in all the common areas.

There is parking for one car in the driveway. We own the lot next door and guests are welcome to park there as well. Guest may also park on the front yard where gravel is laid down. There is also ample street parking available outside the home if you have multiple vehicles.

Conveniently located just blocks from most of San Antonio's biggest attractions including the Alamo, Riverwalk, Pearl Brewery, and Convention Center. Also, the zoo and children's museum are less than 5 minutes away. There are also several bars, restaurants and brewery's just around the corner

Being centrally located means guest will never be too far away from the main attractions. Most spots are less than 5–10-minute uber rides away.

Heated Pool: The pool may be heated for $100 per day. Please notify the owner the day prior so it has time to heat prior to arrival.

Parking: There is parking for one car in the driveway. We own the lot next door. Guest are welcome to park there as well. There is ample street parking

Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests.
—No parties.
-Events or large gatherings must be approved by the owner and require an additional deposit.
—Glitter and confetti are not allowed (failure to comply will result in a $100 extra cleaning fee).
—No loud music/noise outside after 10 PM.
—Exceeding the registered number of guests is prohibited.
—Pets must be approved by the owner. There is a $75 pet fee per pet (must be paid before arrival). Our pet rules are the following: the pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fee.

—Do not move furniture.
—The home should be returned in the condition it was received.
-Please take out all trash including leftover food and drinks. Do not put trash in the recycling.
