One of only a few homes in the community with Gulf Views, Always Beachin' is perfectly located for peace and relaxation! This home is 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with room for 12 of your nearest and dearest. Located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, you will enjoy the peace of the area while being near to all the fun in central Gulf Shores!

Inside the home, you'll find perfectly coastal decor throughout the home. The Primary suite along with living, dining, kitchen and additional bathroom are found on the middle and main floor of the home. The top floor consists of the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The bottom floor is open area for parking.

Outside on the deck, you can catch glimpses of the beach across the road along with being central to the community's shared pool. You are also just steps to the walking path leading to Little Lagoon's public piers and Little Lagoon Pass Beach. If you enjoy paddle boarding or kayaking, the public pier is a perfect place to launch. If you want the least crowded public beach in the area with cove-like calm water, the Pass Beach is the place. NO need to drive, you are so close!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

· RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

· NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

· AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

· CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

· CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

· MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

· PARKING PASSES: 3 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

· CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

· WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

· RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Nice property
The overall property is nice and had a great location for us. Our stay was not as enjoyable as we had liked do to complications with a tv that at first would not allow for the volume to adjust, the in and out of techs trying to fix it which ultimately lead to the tv not even being able to power off which made it hard for my parents to sleep at night. Additionally the gas grill on property was really old and dirty which was not useable although we had planned on grilling prior to checking the grill. Maintenance did share that it was supposed to be removed and not replaced but it was still some what disappointing. Removing those couple issues would have made the stay perfect.

Family Fun
Had a wonderful stay at the Beach Properties house! It was so convenient to all shopping and restaurants! The home was very nice and big enough for 3 siblings and their husbands! We will be back next year!

Typical property management owned vacation rental
The house is exactly what you would expect from a property management-owned vacation rental. They provide bath towels but they're very small and as rough as sandpaper. For cleanliness, I would give this house a 2-star rating. Nothing was overtly dirty but nothing was extremely clean either. It's obvious the house gets a high-level, quick cleaning every week in between reservations but never gets a deep cleaning. The front porch and floors were dirty enough to turn our bare feet black if we didn't wear shoes or sandals. We also had to kill numerous cockroaches in the unit. The biggest negative overall was the wifi/internet speed, which was barely fast enough to open a web page in a reasonable amount of time. This made streaming anything on the tv or keeping up with work emails very challenging. On the positive side, the house had a very modern, updated feel to it. We also liked the location within the complex and how it overlooked the pool. While it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the public beach access, it isn't located near a lot of condo's which made the beach less crowded than you normally find in the heart of Gulf Shores. Although I wouldn't call the location "ideal" for beach access. The main level living area, also was much more spacious than we expected or than it appears in the pictures . We did call Beachball as we had issues with the main door lock which they had maintenance respond and fix the issue within an hour of calling.

Great property minus the unwanted guests
As we arrived the home was clean and made ready for us early. We appreciated that, however upon entry into the home it smelled of cigarettes. This was called in and reported but during our stay the property manager did not address the issue. As we were getting ready for bed we noticed a cockroach in my daughter's bedroom upstairs. The next morning my mom had another one crawl across the floor infront of her in the kitchen. That evening my wife had found one in the master bedroom shower and in the vanity cabinet. We called the property management to have them come out and spray or treat the property while we were there but that did not happen. We were there from Monday evening check in through the 4th of July holiday and checked out on that Sunday. Great property and good location, but could have done without the unwanted guests.....
