This immaculate, spacious, three-bedroom, two-bath, condominium rests directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. Emerald Key Unit 401 is a highly desirable, East End, corner unit on the 4th floor with the best views on the beach! From the moment you set your bags down, you are literally minutes away and a short walk down our private boardwalk from having your toes in the sugar white sand and shimmering emerald green waters of the Gulf! Looking to relax? Chill out on the wrap around balcony with a Cup of Joe to view our amazing sunrises and sunsets or have fun watching the dolphins frolic in the surf and if you're lucky, catch a pirate ship sailing by! Prefer to relax by the pool? Our cozy, private beachside pool has a waterfall and a submerged seating ledge that encircles the entire pool.

Because we are a low density (18 unit) building, there are no long lines waiting for an elevator, the pool isn’t crowded and you won’t be fighting for a place to setup down on the beach like you’ll find in the larger complexes – and its quiet, perfect for that romantic getaway. The complex has a large elevator and utility carts to transport your belongings to and from the unit. Stay in one of the nicest, best-kept units in the complex! FREE Unlimited secure, wireless internet service is provided.

This condo is directly across the street from Rouses Market, a local grocer with a huge hot bar and deli for grab on the go meals. Forget something? Immediately to the right of Rouses is a Publix and immediately to the left is a Walmart. Hungry? You'll be hard pressed to find better food anywhere. The number and variety of LOCAL restaurants is exhaustive. We've got a list of some of our favorites in the unit! And, we are only a couple of hundred yards away from COAST-AL, Orange Beach's newest dining, shopping and entertainment complex.

When you arrive, park in our private, gated parking lot. Once inside the unit, you will be welcomed by the cool, white-washed wood look leading into the large, open living area. The spacious living area contains a 65" Samsung LED HDTV with Blue Ray Disc and DVD, as well as, a 220W sound system with a 5-Disc CD player, dual cassette tapes, and am/fm radio. HDTV with all popular channels is provided. The huge, sliding, glass doors provide endless views of the beach. The pictures of this immaculate area speak for themselves.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Stainless Steel refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave oven, oven/stove, toaster, blender, two coffeemakers (Kuerig and traditional drip), mixer, and a raised bar with three bar stools. A dining area with table and 6 chairs is adjacent to the kitchen. All kitchen utensils and dishware are supplied.

Bedroom One contains a queen-sized bed, dresser, night-stand, 32" LED HDTV, DVD, and am/fm clock radio/alarm. A sliding glass door leads to a private balcony. Slide the curtains back and watch the sunrise from bed! With two closets in this room, there is always plenty of closet space.

Bedroom Two contains a queen-sized bed, dresser, night-stand, 32" LED HDTV, DVD, and am/fm clock radio/alarm. The large closet provides plenty of space. This bedroom has a private entry into the hall bathroom.

The Master Bedroom, with walk-in closet, contains a king-size bed, night stand, dresser, 42" Samsung LED HDTV with DVD, additional USB outlets for re-charging your phone, tablets and other personal devices; and an AM/FM clock radio/alarm. The master bath features a garden tub of cultured marble and his and hers sinks. The master bedroom overlooks the Gulf.

The large laundry room contains a full-size stacked washer and dryer, as well as, an additional storage area. A full-size iron and ironing board are also provided.

The Fine Print –

RENTAL AGREEMENT – this must be signed to receive your Check-In information

AGE RESTRICTION – You must be 25 years old or older to rent and that individual must be staying in the unit for the duration of the stay. This policy is strictly enforced with a No Refund policy for individuals trying to rent the unit for someone else.

PETS - Absolutely no pets are allowed in the building

SMOKING – Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, etc inside the unit or on the balcony.

TOILETRIES/PAPER PRODUCTS – the unit is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products. For the kitchen this set includes two rolls of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, two dishwasher pods, and three can liners for the trash can. The bathrooms each have one travel size hand soap and body soap, two rolls of toilet tissue and one trash can liner. Please bring extras as needed or grab them across the street at Rouses.

Family stay at Emerald Key 401
Our family’s stay at Emerald Key 401 for spring break was absolutely fantastic! The three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout provided ample space for everyone, and the highlight was definitely the luxurious walk-in shower in the master bedroom - a true indulgence after a day at the beach. The view of the beach and sunrise from our balcony was breathtaking, making every morning feel like a serene paradise. Being able to step out directly onto the beach from the property was incredibly convenient, especially with kids in tow. The property itself was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The easy access to the beach meant we could spend as much time as we wanted soaking up the sun and playing in the waves. Overall, our experience at Emerald Key 401 exceeded our expectations. From the spacious accommodations to the stunning views and convenient beach access, it was the perfect destination for our spring break getaway. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable vacation!

Great get away
First time staying in this condo unit. Nice condo for 6. Updates have been made, and more updates to be made soon to master bath. Has everything you need. Great views from 4 th floor corner unit. Also, everything you may need is just across the street. Will be booking this condo in the future. We love the OB area. Have been visiting for few yrs.

Great Place! Perfect Location
Very clean and spacious condo! Kitchen was stocked full of everything we needed. Balcony was our favorite spot to hang. Great views and saw dolphins at least 5 times. Definitely would recommend this rental. Troy (owner) was quick to respond to any inquiries we had.

This property is perfectly located. It's directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It's directly across the street from 3 grocery stores, and short drives to charter fishing, golf courses, the Wharf (for A-List concerts), the OWA Amusement Park, Tanger Outlet for shopping and more great restaurants than you can count. The list of things to do goes on and on!

Quais são os elementos especiais deste alojamento?

We LOVE the large, wrap-around balcony, a huge benefit of our corner unit, for dolphin watching and the absolutely amazing sunrises and sunsets. Our unit is also not the average shotgun style "tunnel" condo unit. The floorplan is open and spacious. And being a corner unit, we have additional windows for tons of natural light and gorgeous views of the Gulf.
