Welcome to Salt Haus 30A!

Salt Haus 30A is nestled in Seagrove Beach, along County Highway 30A. Our boutique vacation rental is the perfect central resting point to experience all that 30A has to offer. Beachside and steps from the shore, our condo is also a short walk or bikeride away from nearby shops, restaurants, and experiences.

Here you can start off your morning with a cup of Nespresso, cozied up in the hanging rattan chair watching the waves, spend the day in the sun with provided & high-end beach equipment, take a luxe shower and dry your hair with the Dyson, enjoy a sunset picnic with a glass of wine in hand, make a fresh dinner using the high end cookware, whip up a round of cocktails in the bar area, play board games on the couch, or turn on a favorite movie on the Frame TV. It’s all here for you.

Fully renovated in 2022, Salt Haus is a privately-owned 1-bedroom, 1-bath, third-floor condo unit, with thoughtfully appointed details, luxury amenities, and a welcoming coastal chic aesthetic.

The loft-style bedroom features two queen beds and sits above a fully equipped kitchen and bar area, opening up to a bright living space with an inviting sofa for relaxing after those long beach days.

Filled with soft whites and creams, matte black and gold accents, light wood, breezy curtains, and lots of organic textures, every inch of the space has been meticulously designed to feel as effortless and relaxing as possible.

The living and dining areas open to large balcony with beachfront views and plenty of seating, where you can hear the crash of the waves and inhale the fresh salt air.

*Home Truths:*
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The bedroom is located in the loft and therefore isn't private.
- This home does not offer a washer and dryer in the unit. However, there is a laundry facility on site, which takes card.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Parking Details:
On-site parking is available, with parking passes provided in the unit.
No street parking is allowed. Please only use designated parking areas. Failure to comply could result in a warning or towing.

A pack-n-play and/or high chair is available upon request with at least 48 hours' notice.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Beach Gear Credit:

AvantStay has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests!

Guests with reservations of 2 to 14 nights at participating AvantStay properties will receive a credit towards beach gear rentals during your stay. The credit amount will vary based on your booking. You may use your credit for bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, and more - the choice is yours!

Once you’ve made your reservation at one of our participating properties, be on the lookout for an email from VayK Gear to make your gear selection. If you reach the credit limit, you can still add additional items priced at their exclusive, discounted rates. To keep your vacation stress-free, your gear will be delivered to your rental property on the day you arrive and will be picked up the day you depart.

PLEASE NOTE: From mid-spring to early fall, beach gear inventory - especially bicycles - are in high demand and may be limited. We recommend reserving your gear as early as possible.

*Credit is applicable to guest reservations of 2 to 14 nights only. There is no cash value if the credit is not used. Some properties do not participate in this program and will not have any reference to beach gear credit in their property descriptions.

Perfect stay! Hard to leave!
This condo was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous clean design elements (loved the floor to ceiling curtains, wicker basket lighting/pendants and amazing soft and sturdy bar stools). It was also very well appointed - crisp cotton linens, plenty of towels, enough plates and silverware to last for our 3 night stay. We loved everything about it. We especially loved the hot tub and pool because even tho temps were down into the high 30s/low 40s during the day we still swam, for hours. It was invigorating, and to quote our 12 year old daughter "the best thing ever". Couldn't have had a better time. Also our pup loved lounging on the outdoor balcony. 5 star vacation. And thank you for the wine. :)

Location to beach was great... grounds/pool area were maintained immaculately. Everything we needed and more was provided,which we appreciated! Enjoyed having all the Yeti and other drink ware:) Loved that there was a nice Dyson hairdryer instead of a subpar one like many places provide. The management team communicated with us promptly to answer any questions we had and did so in a polite professional manner. We even had wine and treats at check-in. Thank you for that nice gesture. The general area was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of being directly on 30A. We would recommend and especially for those traveling with their pups, as property is pet friendly.

Gorgeous!!
Gorgeous property with high end finishes (frame TV, crate and barrel kitchenware, Dyson hairdryer, wine fridge). Steps from beach and view of the water from the balcony. Parking and check in are very simple. Would highly recommend for a couple or two friends.

Very nice and clean
Condo is very nice and has everything you need. Perfect for a couple and kid. The space is small but very well laid out. Every inch is well thought out.
