The Space
- Our home has been fully renovated from top to bottom and designed into an entertainers dream. The home is perfect for bachelorette/bachelor parties or just a relaxing weekend in the desert with friends and family. The home also has central Air Conditioning and Heating to allow for a comfortable stay.
Kid/Children Friendly! There is a Pack N Play along with a High Chair.

Bedrooms
- Primary Bedroom 1- King bed, two twin size mattresses in one trundle bed. Smart TV with Netflix. Private bathroom with a large shower and stand alone tub along with a double vanity.
- Guest Bedroom 2- Queen bed, Smart TV with Netflix.
- Guest Bedroom 3- Queen bed, Smart TV with Netflix. Private access to the backyard directly from the slider.
- Each room is equipped with comfortable bedding, extra pillows and bedding.

The Kitchen
- Fully remodeled with brand new appliances. Including an air-fryer, blender for those afternoon margs.
- Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, foil, zip locks, plastic wrap and the list goes on!
- All new dishware, cooking materials.
- KEURIG with pods for that morning roast along with a tea kettle
- Plastic silverware, plates and cups for children are available.

Dining
- Dining room that seats 6.
- Large island that seats another 3 is perfect for family functions.

Living Room
- Open concept to kitchen with direct access to swimming pool and backyard.
- Large comfortable couch with coffee table.
- Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps.

Bathrooms
- Fully remodeled with high end finishes to ensure a luxurious experience.
-The master bathroom has a great freestanding tub to soak in after a long day of fun.
- The shared bathroom has a large shower and space to unwind after some fun in the sun.
- Towels and toiletries will also be provided along with hair dryers.

Backyard
- Large amazing pool and jacuzzi with pebble tech finishes. Can be heated for a fee.
- Pergola to enjoy some fun in the sun while also being able to get some shade.
- Outdoor patio furniture, pool loungers and hammock.
-Fully fenced off backyard where you have ultimate privacy to enjoy with family and friends and let the kids and dogs run free and play.
- Safety fence can be placed around the pool as well free of charge!
- Pool floaties are available along with a pump.
- While you are at it you can jump on the putting green and have some golf time to bring out your inner Tiger Woods.
- Putting green golf clubs and balls are provided.
- For those cold summer nights which are not very often in beautiful Palm Springs, there is an outdoor natural gas fire pit.
- Outdoor BBQ along with grilling tools.
-Outdoor TV to ensure you don't miss any highlights while cooking up some food and enjoying time with your loved ones.
- Corn hole along with large block jenga.

Laundry
- There is an indoor washer dryer in the garage with detergents and dryer sheets.

Other things to note

Pet Friendly
We are pet friendly and have water bowls and food bowls on site.
We have a $50 fee per pet for the stay. We just ask that you please clean after your dog and ensure they don't mistaken the furniture as a chew stick. Lol.

Pool Heater
The pool/spa requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 for the pool and $50 for the spa.
The pool is cleaned 3 times a week and will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
