This Ocean Front 4 bedroom 3 bath home, has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Modern kitchen with all the amenities. Over sized living area with two seating areas and an over sized dining table for all your meals. This leads to a relaxing pool area where you can see and hear the ocean. The pool has a unique walkable entrance. This area has plenty of covered area to sit back and relax or just enjoy the Costa Rica sunshine.
The first floor also has a full bathroom with laundry.
The 2nd floor is reached by a Spanish tiled staircase that leads to 4 bedrooms. The master has a king bed. It also has it own ensuite with a tub, a separate stand up shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has a king bed and a single bed.
The third has a king bed. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds great for kids. There is another bathroom with a large sink area, toilet and stand up shower.
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 all open up on to a large covered 2nd floor balcony. This 2nd floor balcony has a couch and chairs to enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean. Casa Maria has an outdoor shower. A charcoal grill.
It is located in a gated community and this house also has it's own alarm system.
