Every area of this home has fabulous coastal themed decor. The condo has been recently updated with new flooring, new updated kitchen and upgrades in both bathrooms, including non-slip tubs.

The living room is bright and sunny with great water views! This particular condo is perfectly situated for starting your day off with a beautiful sunrise. As a matter of fact, the gorgeous photo above the fireplace was actually taken right across the street! There's plenty of comfy seating and a flat screen TV. The living room opens up to the balcony, where you will find new, comfortable outdoor seating that is just perfect for that first cup of coffee, or an evening cocktail.

The recently updated kitchen is cute, cozy and fully stocked! Of course, you will find all of your major appliances, including a dishwasher, along with everything else that you'll need as you cook up the catch of the day! You can't help but smile when you take in this newly updated kitchen, complete with beach-themed handles and drawer pulls.

The grounds of Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club offer a swimming pool, picnic area with charcoal grill, fishing pier, boat ramp and boat slips. There is also an available laundry on site for guests. This particular community was ravaged by Hurricane Harvey in 2017. But the employees, homeowners and homeowner association have all been working extremely hard to return this beautiful community to its pre-storm state.
