Enjoy a Beautiful view of Corpus Christi Bay and the USS Lexington from your own private balcony at this beach front condo. This condo is newly remodeled inside. Everything is beautiful fresh and clean. Fully equipped kitchen with all of the amenities of home. Features gated and covered parking, and two pools too! A one time $15 at the lobby gets your gate key, parking pass and pool use. Use the convenient security gate to access North Beach right outside of the complex. Nice!

Note: All three buildings at the condo complex are undergoing renovation. There may be noise

No need to buy the insurance!

Stayed during spring Break. Complex is very old and under construction- but not this building. This building and unit had a balcony that was at an angle pointing down which looked extremely dangerous like it could fall off. Checkin process was unorganized and done by nice volunteers that own/live there. Unit was small, semi clean- floors dirty. Bed not comfy. 1 elevator per building. Not for kids. Aerial Pics are deceiving. Close to beach, but door doesn’t stay closed to enter property grounds so anyone can enter. No security. Broken gates so anyone can enter the property. Comparable to Motel 6. Not worth the price. Would not recommend or stay again.

This place was very filthy I spent 2 hours cleaning and I had just got there the odor in the Condo was unbelievable every time we left the room after me lighting candles, spray, and Febreze and cleaning it still had a back smell that was coming from the air conditioner vent the filter look like it hadn’t been changed in years. I sent Joshua pictures of just how dirty the floor was and when I tell you I had to clean the refrigerator I had to clean the bathroom I had to clean the whole condo and I hadn’t even stayed one night in it and I also got charged a cleaning fee me and Joshua Sharon conversation I sent him photos and he asked me what could he do to make it right and I told him what does he think he needs to do to make it right I never heard from Joshua again until a day later, when he text me about me having a pet in the condo, he never even acknowledge the conversation we had half the day before, and the path he was referring to was a service animal and I believe I left that place cleaner than it was when I got there

Last minute getaway

The property is older but is being updated. The unit we stayed in was great. There were plenty of towels, the place was clean. The bed was comfortable. My son loved the bunk bed. There was a nice view of the Bay and the U.S.S Lexington. The beach was nice and accessible from the property. Josh was quick to respond and very nice.

Great Location

Our family visited Corpus as a mini vacation before a scout stay on the USS Lexington. This condo was perfect for our short stay and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. There was construction going on but it didn't disturb us too much. My only complaint is that the washing machines were out of service due to the construction. This complex is a bit old and outdated but it seemed to be undergoing some major renovations. Overall a great location (right on the beach) and comfy stay.

Pretty nice place

The place is very clean and has plenty of amenities like towels, air fryer, and stove. The floor had just a little sand on it, but you are near a beach what do you really expect. The location is great if you want to go to the USS Lexington, art museum, aquarium, or just eat food up at north beach. However, it is about a 30 minute drive to get to padre island if you make plans to visit the beaches there. The pools are open at night and are lively with people and also have gates so you’ll feel more safe. There is a smart TV in the living room, but if you want to use the TV in the bedroom you would need to bring a streaming device like a fire stick. Overall, a really nice place just keep in mind the location in relation to places you would want to visit.
