Wake up each morning to the sun coming up over the Atlantic at this beachfront condo at the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center, just a half mile from Romano Beachfront Park.

This condo sits on the second floor of the resort, surrounded by grounds that include a lovely stretch of beach. All along North Atlantic Avenue you'll find restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and plentiful sources of entertainment, from Romano Beachfront Park immediately north to the Daytona Boardwalk and Pier three miles south.

After a day spent surfing, sunbathing, or swimming, come upstairs to unwind in the shade of your oceanfront balcony with a cold drink, a deck of cards, and a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean waves beyond.

The living space has been thoughtfully decorated, offering a well-appointed kitchen, space to dine at both a bistro table and a breakfast bar, and a living room with a cable TV. Enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the condo, air-conditioning, and another TV in the bedroom to lull you to sleep each evening.

All of the resort amenities are closed until further notice.
There is ongoing exterior maintenance Monday- Friday and guests may experience noise from 8 a.m - 6 p.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
