Welcome to The Bahamas! Our brand new vacation home is a beautiful sanctuary for families looking for a relaxing getaway to Bradenton & Anna Maria Island. Merely 6 miles from the beautiful Anna Maria beaches, and with 1924+ square footage, there is plenty of space to spread out and is perfect for 2 to 3 families. There has never been a more blissful family oasis - after spending the day on the beach, return to a backyard paradise relaxation in the heated pool, and might as well fire up the BBQ!

This spacious home is located just 7 miles to Anna Maria Beaches and Blake Medical center & hospital just one mile away. GT Bray Park and dog park just one mile away and close to many fabulous restaurants and Publix grocery. FedEx & UPS drop off locations and customers service stores as well.

Our ideal guests are families with children. If only adults are staying, we accept a max of 8 adults and all guests must be over age 25 years old.

All bedrooms have 10 inches memory foam mattresses (except top bunks are 8 inches), down alternative pillows and hypoallergenic hotel luxury 1800 series sheets for a restful night of sleep.

Traveling with small children? You can pack lighter because we have Pack n' Plays, highchair, and kid's dinnerware.

Furry Friends:
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be fully house trained
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding

KINDLY NOTE

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around exterior of the house (front garage and side garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- Heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (b/w Oct to May)
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
