Ideally situated just a short distance from King Street and the city's main attractions, this bright and cheerful space occupies the first floor of the carriage house, providing a cozy retreat for visitors. Your convenience is ensured with a designated off-street parking spot right outside the front door, offering easy access to the bustling energy of the city while maintaining a sense of tranquility.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a welcoming front patio adorned with a quaint bistro table for two—a perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or unwind with an afternoon snack. Inside, the residence opens up to a sunlit living, kitchen, and dining space. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities, features a built-in peninsula that seats four, creating a social hub for meal preparation and lively conversations. The living room is designed for relaxation, offering a comfortable couch, two armchairs, and a 50” Smart TV for entertainment. Conveniently adjacent to the kitchen, a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer adds practicality to your stay.

The home accommodates three bedrooms, each adorned with a queen-sized bed and ample closet space. One bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while a second shared bathroom, complete with a shower/bathtub combination, is conveniently located off the main hallway. Guests enjoy exclusive access to unit D, ensuring a secure and well-lit environment for their stay. Parking is hassle-free with a marked driveway; however, guests are advised to use the designated spot, as parking elsewhere may lead to towing. For those bringing larger vehicles, advance communication ensures suitable arrangements. We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

The Moultrie
Location is good, very close to King Street. Comfortable accommodation's. Only negative is that the furniture (chairs) in the living room area are not comfortable.

Great place!
Cute place, just a short walk to King Street, the park, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and well-kept. Comfy beds and pillows. Management was very accommodating to us, letting us check in a bit early, which we very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing short trip w family
This condo was just as described. The place was very clean, QUIET, comfy beds and plush bath towels. It is a short walk from the north end of King Street which gives you a chance stroll the many stores as you make your way down to many of the tourist attractions. We parked our car in the provided parking place and walked everywhere- we felt very safe. A few blocks up the street we found a cute little breakfast spot called Island Provisions. Highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful spot in the heart of Charleston!
I loved this place! It was right around the corner from everything. And the unit was spacious enough for the three of us to have our own personal space without tripping over each other. It was tastefully decorated, with everything we needed to have a good time. The only thing I’d suggest is a physical document with interesting facts and places to see, and reminding people about the shuttle and it’s stops. I’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome Location - simple layout great for a base to explore from
This property was reasonably priced and in a good location for our work group to be able to walk to convention events being held at the Gaillard Center downtown. We were able to walk everywhere including some great breakfast and nightlife spots. The parking space was awesome to have as well since we drove into town. There is not a lot of living room hangout space so it's a great base of operations but if you're planning on actually spending a lot of time at the property you may consider something with more living space rather than the really good bedroom and bathroom count that this property offers for the money. Had a couple of minor things that we needed to ask about and the team at stay duvet was extremely responsive and had answers for us almost immediately would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to stay in Charleston.
