Sand Dune Suites is a stunning 4 suite fully remodeled boutique building located on quiet, pristine, and secluded Sunshine Beach, Treasure Island and only a short 5-minute leisurely walk to historic John's Pass Village hosting fantastic unique restaurants and shops. Each suite features new full kitchens stocked with all the essentials, bathrooms, flooring, appliances, furniture, bedding, washer/dryer, etc.

Suites:
The Pelican Suite is completely remodeled and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is very spacious with a brand-new king bed. The second bedroom has brand-new low bunk beds and is perfect for the kids. The bathroom showcases a beautiful large walk-in shower, ideal for after a long day at the beach. But the highlight of the Pelican Suite is the large kitchen and living room areas, which really cater to guests looking for longer stays.

The Starfish Suite is completely remodeled and is a cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom Suite. The bedroom has a new comfortable king bed, and the bathroom features a beautiful and luxurious large walk-in rain shower. This Suite comes with a fully equipped new kitchen, perfect for couples who love to cook together! The living room is cozy and has several windows to let in the beautiful Florida sunshine. But the highlight of the Starfish Suite is the private turf patio out back with an outdoor shower...the ideal sanctuary to relax and unwind!

The Sea Turtle Suite is completely remodeled and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is very spacious and has two new queen beds. The second bedroom is very cozy and has one new queen bed. Both bedrooms feature huge windows to let the Florida sunshine in and have their own bathroom attached for enhanced privacy. Additionally, each bedroom and the living room all contain their own thermostat so that you can customize the temperature in any room. The Sea Turtle is the perfect beach suite for multiple couples, couples with older children, or a girls or guys get away with friends.

The Dolphin Suite is completely remodeled and is a second-floor suite (you will need to be able to walk up a flight of stairs) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom features a new king bed, and the second bedroom has two new twin beds, which can be brought together to make a king bed to accommodate our guests if requested. This option makes it one of the most versatile suites at Sand Dune, being able to accommodate two couples or a family of four. The living room has a large sectional couch with ample room for your entire party and views of the Gulf and John's Pass can be seen from both it and the kitchen. The bathroom boasts the largest rain shower at the property measuring 5ft. x 4ft. and it is the perfect sanctuary after a long day at the beach.

Sand Dune Suites is rich in history with the property previously hosting some the New York Yankees for spring training in the late 50's and early 60's including Whitey Ford, Mickey Mantle, and Yogi Berra!

We are literally steps from the beach where you can swim in the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, feel the breeze through your hair, the sun on your face, and the sand between your toes. Sunshine Beach is a tranquil and quiet beach boasting some of the best sunsets in the world. Within a leisurely 5 minute walk from Sand Dune Suites you can find many options for parasailing, boat and/or wave runner rental, fishing charters, sunset cruises and tiki boats, bicycle and ebike rental, shopping, dining, etc. Sand Dune Suites is the ideal location to do it all or nothing at all.

Details:
Sand Sune Suites has a 3 night minimum policy with check in at 4pm and check out by 10:30am the following Saturday. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on this property. We have put our heart and soul into completely renovating this property and wanted to create a beautiful place where our guests could create many special memories year after year. We ask that you please treat Sand Dune Suites as you would your own home and we look forward to being your host for years to come.
