We missed not having a grill...my fault for not checking.
Communication was good at first with the easy questions, process check in etc.
The last full day we were there we woke up to no hot water. contacted Jaime, partner coming out at by 1:30. We had to both leave and shower at friends. I canceled my golf game. Partner did not show at 1:30. Now I had to leave the inside door open so he could come in thru the garage. Not crazy about this but I had no choice since I had to leave from 2-3. Was not contacted to tell me partner was running late. Excuse from Jaime was that he called and my phone went right to VM & yet Jaime and I were texting and he certainly could have texted me or left me a VM. Now I home by 2:30 so I can let the plumber in at 4:30. Plumber arrives at 4:00, checks out the Water heater and tells me there are 2 thermostats that have to run in sync and they were not set properly and that is why we had lost hot water. I texted Jamie and told her what he said and that it is now fixed. I asked her to let me know how she will compensate for this inconvenience. No answer, not even an apology for the inconvenience, no compensation. I would have expected at the very least an apology.
